GIRLS DEVELOPMENT 

Development Academy programming is popular for players who are interested in increased skill building opportunities and games against external opponents, but without the travel associated with competitive league play. Development teams participate in one training, one skills academy and one game a week. These sessions are led by OUSC Technical leaders and supported by NCCP community certified volunteer coaches. Teams will either participate in the local High Country District League or will have a local games and tournament program organized by our club’s Manager of Development. This program follows the school calendar with the Spring season taking place in May/June with teams then returning for additional programming in September.
