TEAM DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY

Building on the identified club player development principles our club also has a inter-connected approach as to match play. This is what sets apart our "Okotoks' Way" club culture. Our Okotoks teams will each follow a periodized training curriculum throughout their season which is tapered to their program, standard of play and stage of participation. Additionally, teams will follow a collective club tactical game approach. This along with a common set of terminology, provide a strong foundation for a consistent application of principles across the club.
